It’s that time of year! Chocolate will be flowing, cupid’s arrows will be flying, and what-on-earth-am-I-supposed-to-do-for-my-partner-on-Valentine’s Day chaos will ensue. While no one will ever turn down some delicious chocolate (check out my recipe here), perhaps something a bit different could tickle their fancy.
Intimacy is much more romantic than grandiose projections of love. My humble suggestion—yoga with your partner. And I don’t mean take a flow class with each other. I mean sit down, at home and CONNECT. One of the key elements to a successful relationship is communication—both verbal and non-verbal. Use these postures as a way to connect physically and set the mood for some true romance:)
