SPRING RESET 1-DAY RETREAT

Come celebrate spring with Kathryn and the Haus with a full-day online extravaganza on Saturday, May 21st!
This live, virtual retreat will lean into the many facets that embody Haus of Phoenix with a springtime spin: meditation, magick, ritualistic beauty, an informative and playful two-hour yoga workshop, interactive cooking, cocktail making, and a Zoom happy hour to ask questions and celebrate our fabulous community.

Schedule:

10am - 11am EDT

  • Ritualistic Reset: Meditation, Purpose, and Beauty

Live class (rituals + meditation)

A regular morning routine can be one of the best ways to ground and focus yourself before stepping into the unknowns of the day. Kathryn will share ways to incorporate ritual into your morning routines: a facial ice plunge for awareness, gua sha (traditional Chinese face scraping), a classic Haus ritual to plant the seeds of intention and rebirth, followed by a guided meditation to help us reset the way we think, see, and speak.

12pm - 2pm EDT

  • Persephone Rising: Bird of Paradise

Live class (yoga workshop)

Wake up your inner goddess with this springtime workshop that encourages us to shed and bloom — both in our physical bodies and our emotional approach to how we view ourselves. This workshop focuses on the shape of Bird of Paradise as a symbol of expansion and rebirth. We'll explore the posture in its classic standing form, reclined, propped, inverted — even flipped on it's side! Expect Kathryn's classic blend of detailed instruction and playfulness to help you reach your full potential.

3pm - 4:30pm EDT

  • Hungry Phoenix + Haus Happy Hour

Live cooking class + happy hour (via Zoom)
Who's ready for some chow? Join Kathryn and the Haus via Zoom for an interactive cooking session where Kathryn will teach you how to make a copy-cat version of her favorite local Pistachio + Parmesan salad, as well as a divine toast topped with pickled veg, lemon aioli, and a mountain of fresh herbs. And let's not forget it's Happy Hour! Learn how to make a Persephone Spritz — Kathryn's bubbly spin on her favorite drink, the Negroni.* Then we'll curl up with our cocktails and food to gab, talk life, and Kathryn will answer any of your questions about the day.

*alcohol-free version will be offered
